Due to the fast pace of the consumer products industry, all prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-the-minute information, but mistakes do occur, and we must reserve the right to make corrections, adjustments or changes without notice. When you order an item that is subject to a price increase, we will hold your order and inform you of the increase.

We do our best to achieve 100% accuracy, but occasionally mistakes do occur. Pricing, product availability, and offers are subject to change without prior notification. We reserve the right to make changes without notice due to market conditions, manufacturer or supplier product changes or discontinuation, or typographical, photographic or technical errors.
Availability
All items that are accompanied with an Add to Cart! button are in stock and available for immediate shipping. The availability information presented on our site is the best, most current information we have, but errors do occur, and this information does not constitute a guarantee or promise of availability.

When a product you have ordered is not available for shipment, we will notify you as quickly as possible. Anticipated delivery dates are dependent upon our suppliers and other factors beyond our control, and are subject to change.

All BabyAnt.com orders must be placed online. We do not offer the products or prices displayed on our web site for sale via telephone, e-mail or postal mail orders. This policy is necessary to ensure our ability to offer the lowest possible prices, and we appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

We regret that we cannot process orders requesting COD, company check, personal check, money order or other payment methods not listed above. In addition, we are currently unable to process foreign-issued credit cards.

We do not charge your credit card for an item until it is shipped. All credit card orders are subject to verification and approval by the card-issuing bank. For your protection, credit card orders shipped to an address other than your billing address may require additional verification.
International Orders

Sales Tax
BabyAnt.com is required to collect sales tax on transactions shipped to customers located in California and may include other states as well. When an order is subject to sales tax collection, the tax amount will be automatically calculated and detailed on your order review.
Shipping
Depending on availability, it usually takes 1 business day for order processing, plus the number of shipping days for the product(s) to arrive at your front door.

The shipping charge depends on the products you purchase, therefore, make your purchases to find out your exact shipping charge. Return Policy
To return a merchandise for an exchange or refund, simply follow the 3 easy steps below:
  1. Request for a RA (Return Authorization) number by emailing BabyAnt.com Customer Service Representatives at support@babyant.com along with your Name, Order Number, Item Number, and Reasons for Return.
  2. Return the merchandise, along with the RA number, to the attention of BabyAnt.com Customer Service at the address specified on the RA email.
  3. For an exchange, make your purchases as normal and, during check out, simply enter your RA number under the RA No. field. If you have requested for a refund, a credit will be issued back to your credit card account upon the receipt of the return merchandise.
No return will be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA) number. To request a RA number, please contact a BabyAnt.com customer service specialist at support@babyant.com. RA numbers are valid for ten business days after issue. Your RA number must appear clearly on the shipping label of the return shipment. Affix a label to the box. Please do not mark the box itself in any way. The returned item must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all packaging and accessories. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. Shipping charges are not refundable, with the exception of orders incorrectly shipped by BabyAnt.com.

After 30 days, no returns will be accepted.

Non-Defective Returns
Non-defective returns for credit or exchange must be completed within 30 days of the date of invoice. Due to some manufacturer's policies, the following types of products are not returnable:
  • special ordered merchandise (including but not limited to all "Drop Ship" merchandise, furniture, gliders, some strollers, and some oversize merchandise.)
  • holiday merchandise
  • products related to hygiene and feeding (including but not limited to breast pumps, pacifiers, bottles, potty seats, cups, utensils, etc.)
Return instructions and any applicable fees will be emailed to you along with your Return Authorization (RA) number. A 15% restocking fee may apply.

Defective Returns
Defective products will be accepted for exchange or repair, at our discretion, within 30 days from receipt. For assistance with manufacturer warranted merchandise, please contact the manufacturers directly.
